Nine Lessons and Carols

Bishop Susan Bell is inviting you to an enchanting evening for Nine Lessons and Carols hosted by the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Elora in support of the Bishop’s Company Fund. This event will be livestreamed Sunday, December 20th at 7:00pm.
The music promises to be very special. Historically many of the members of the St. John’s Parish Choir also have sung with the renowned Elora Singers who have recorded on Naxos, and continue to provide some wonderful choral music, even with new online offerings during the pandemic.
Please register by Tuesday, December 15th. Tickets are available at no cost; donations are welcomed to support the work of the Bishop’s Company Fund. The first 100 registrants will receive a CD or sound link to, “Here’s Your Figgie Pudding 2020,” a lovely recording of Christmas carols, from various choir members of the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Elora, recorded from their own homes.
